FlexCloud Refund Policy

This Refund Policy defines rules for submitting and reviewing payment refund requests for FlexCloud services.

The policy applies to orders placed through the FlexCloud service unless individual order terms, law or separate arrangements state otherwise.

A refund may be granted especially in case of duplicate payment, incorrect booking, inability to activate the service due to FlexCloud reasons or a positively reviewed complaint.

Consumer rights resulting from mandatory distance-contract regulations are respected where applicable.

Refund requests are reviewed without undue delay and no later than required by applicable law.

If additional verification is required, FlexCloud may ask for payment details, order number or other information.

A refund request may be submitted through the client panel or indicated FlexCloud contact channel.

The request should include client data, order or invoice number, service name, payment date, amount, payment method and reason.

A refund may be refused if the service was correctly activated and provided according to the order and the client resigns after the billing period began without a legal or contractual basis.

Refunds may not include payment operator costs, already performed services, conditional discounts or periods in which the client used the service.
